Please join us for an intimate winemaker dinner in our cellar at Rhônedonnée Wines. The one and only Chef Justin Kingsley Hall of Kindling Culinary is preparing a fabulous four course meal to pair with our 2021 red wines and saying we’re excited is an understatement.

Club Member price $130/ person (members may purchase 2 tickets at this price)

Important: Please note that our chef will be working outdoors and this special event will be held 3/13 weather permitting. This event is non-refundable and if the weather is not ideal then we will postpone and reschedule for another date.

1st Course, paired with 2021 Destination: Love

Red Tail Deer Tartare

Pickled Blackberries, Dashi, Whiskey Barrel Shoyu Egg, Crispy Shallots. Served with Navajo Fry Bread

 

2nd Course, paired with 2021 Trail Secret

Smoked Rabbit Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Crepe)

Dandelion Greens, Black Trumpet Mushrooms, Bean Sprouts

 

3rd Course, paired with 2021 Night Ride

Grilled Duck Leg Tamal

Popcorn Masa, Hoja Santa Leaf, Mole Negro

 

4th Course, paired with 2021 Dre Cuvée

Slow Roasted Lamb

Coal Roasted Harissa Carrots, Coriander Cream, Mint and Pea-shoot Salad, Pistou
