2017 Trail Secret
Appellation: Santa Barbara Highlands
Vinification: Grapes were hand harvested, sorted and fermented with 50% whole clusters in 1.5 ton open top fermentor until completely dry. Then pressed into 50% Neutral french oak and 50% second-fill french oak. Aged for 18 months.
2018 Dawn Patrol
100% Grenache Nouveau
Appellation: Adelaida District
Vinification: Grapes were hand harvested, sorted, and fermented with 100% whole clusters to promote natural carbonic maceration fermentation. After fermenting dry pressed into stainless steel barrels for 3 months then bottled to capture the youthfulness of a true Beaujolais Nouveau.

75% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre
Appellation: Templeton Gap & Adelaida District
A delicate floral nose with notes of pineapple, lychee and Asian pear. Bright acidity and unripe strawberry on the mid palate make this Rosé perfect for a hot day.
